Advanced application areas such as cybersecurity, privacy, or AI governance may be introduced later through selective and invitation-based programs.

Week 0 – Orientation & Alignment
Understanding the program approach, expectations, and why governance failures cause most technology incidents.
Week 2 – Risk Thinking & Trade-offs
Why organizations knowingly accept risk. Risk as a decision, not a mistake.
Week 3 – Controls & Failures
Why controls exist but still fail. The role of people, process, and governance.
Week 4 – Standards as Governance Frameworks
Understanding the intent behind ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701 without checklist thinking.
Week 5 – Privacy, Ethics & Trust
Legal compliance versus ethical responsibility and trust.
Week 6 – AI Governance Foundations
Introduction to responsible AI governance and ISO/IEC 42001 concepts.
Week 7 – Integrated Decision-Making
Connecting governance, risk, controls, privacy, and AI into leadership-level thinking.
Week 8 – Reflection & Closure
Consolidation of learning and professional reflection.
